What legal or property rights do I retain on the project

You retain 100% legal ownership of every platform we build. All hosting accounts, domain registrations, cloud infrastructure, and digital services are set up directly under your own business name from day one.

Once the project is complete and all final adjustments have been made, you hold full administrative access to every account and service. This includes server credentials, domain registrar logins, analytics dashboards, and any third party tool configurations.

There are no lock in contracts, no hidden platform fees, and no dependency on our company to keep your site running. You are free to manage, migrate, or transfer your platform to any provider at any time, completely on your own terms.
